Prime Minister Fumio Kishida is planning to keep Toshimitsu Motegi as his ruling Liberal Democratic Party's secretary general and Taro Aso as vice president in an expected reshuffle Wednesday of the Cabinet and party executives, sources familiar with the matter says.
