2021년 후쿠시마현 해역 지진(일본어: 2021年福島県沖地震 ふくしまけんおきじしん[*])은 2021년 2월 13일 오후 11시 7분경 일본 후쿠시마현 해역에서 발생한 규모 7.3의 해역 지진이다.

Gempa ini terjadi hampir bertepatan dengan peringatan 10 tahun terjadinya gempa bumi dengan magnitudo 9,1 di wilayah yang sama pada 2011, dan menyebabkan terjadinya tsunami yang menghantam beberapa wilayah pesisir di Jepang dan menewaskan lebih dari 16,000 jiwa.[4] Badan Meteorologi Jepang mencatat gempa ini memiliki skala seismik JMA sebesar Shindo 6+.[5]
