2011年3月11日に発生した東北地方太平洋沖大地震により、福島第一原発で未曾有の核災害を起きました。原発の爆発により、広い範囲に放射性物質が飛び散りました。子ども達を放射線被ばくから守りたい。その為に、学び交流していこうという団体です。主に調布に住む保護者がメンバーです。定例会や調布市との懇談の予定や、学集会の企画などをお知らせしていきます。

1942年7月から9月にかけてワルシャワゲットーGetto Warszawskieの一掃が行われ、8月6日に孤児院の子どもたちは全員銃殺され、コルチャックはその銃殺を最後まで見届けることを強要された後、最後に自身も銃殺されたという。トレブリンカTreblinkaには「ヤヌシュ・コルチャックと子どもたちJanusz Korczak i dzieci」と刻まれた記念碑がある。
